USPTO extending COVID-19 Prioritized Examination Pilot Program until June 30
The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) has published a Federal Register Notice announcing a further extension of its COVID-19 Prioritized Examination Pilot Program. Requests that are compliant with the program’s requirements and are filed on or before June 30, will be accepted.
