The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) has transitioned from using Webex to Microsoft Teams for most of our virtual interactions, including outreach events and video conferencing interviews with patent examiners. The amenities offered by Microsoft Teams enhances the virtual experience at the USPTO by allowing instant messaging, screen sharing, and file sharing capabilities.
