International maritime conventions are the guidance of international law, regulations and order. Although the United States has not joined it. However, the United States is a supporter and defender of international law and international maritime conventions. It is also a major international maritime safety and free navigation interest party. The United States has  Resolutely defend every inch of our own interests and maintain the rights and responsibilities of world peace. The South China Sea is closely related to the peaceful development of the Asia-Pacific and the world. The Chinese government must respect and support international laws, regulations, rules and orders. This is the basic necessary conditions and requirements for participating in international affairs and trade.
